Electronic balloting has emerged as a modern, secure, and cost‑effective method for conducting Association elections. For a community the size of Cypress Village, the traditional paper‑ballot process has become increasingly expensive — and increasingly unnecessary.

Paper balloting carries multiple built‑in expenses:
- Printing hundreds of ballot packets
- Postage for mailing ballots to all eligible members

CVPOA uses Get Quorum for our electronic balloting at an annual cost of $3840. CVPOA already has a large number if members who use the electronic ballot, but we can see further savings as more members opt for electronic balloting.
