The Board of Directors voted to approve changes to the ACB Approved Paint Palette effective June 1,2025. This was voted at a duly called meeting of the Board of Directors on April 30, 2025.
Owners will now have the option to either paint the home the same colors as it currently is (just a repaint for maintenance purposes) or if they wish to change the color, it must be from one of the approved color combinations from these combinations below.
