Common Area Permit Request – Cypress Village POA

Please use this form to submit your request to obtain permission to enter the Common Area. This form will be submitted to the Common Area Committee for review and formal approval. Completing this form DOES NOT authorize or grant anyone from entering the Common Area until a formal Common Area Permit is issued in writing from the Common Area Committee.

There shall be no additions, removal or cutting of trees and plants by individual lot owners, nor shall individual lot owners be permitted to place on the Common Area any permanent fixtures such as, but not limited to; buildings, benches, barbeque pits, bird feeders or structures of any type.

This permit only allows 25 feet from rear property line
Planting of any kind in the greenbelt is prohibited
Cut or pull plants only, no spraying of any herbicide or pesticide is permitted, only cut or pulled
Palmettos may be trimmed at the base, not killed or removed from the common area
No vegetation may be removed except for dead vegetation
